Our story
Let me tell you our story. We ordered our company business cards in June, 2020 (during the COVID-19 pandemic) from Moo. And, because our company is based in Melbourne. We would need Moo to ship us the business cards a the way from US to Australia. Of course, as everyone expected, the shipping was delayed due to this pandemic. We contacted the Moo service team and we received a very quick reply with refund of the shipment due to the delay. We didn’t ask for refund and the refund was processed right after the service reviewed our case. That’s IMPRESSIVE, right? A week later, we didn’t receive our business cards, we contacted the service team, and again they reprocessed our orders with a much quick shipment for free without having me request for it. Basically, we ordered 1 and now got an extra 1 for free. What can we say during this critical time.

The downside, buying from Moo, is you have to wait if you are not living in US. If you would like to have your business cards urgently, I would not recommend Moo. But, I would not rush to have my business cards and sacrifice the quality to impress my clients if I can.
